It is the desire of our Board to keep our homeowners informed. As we complete our
current waterproofing project and as we undertake future projects, We trust that
everyone will visit the website to monitor the progress. More importantly in
the event of weather related damage, this site will be our means of
communication. Please let us know your suggestions for other uses of this site.
Lastly, the Board feels this is a true investment for the homeowners at
Litchfield Retreat and are delighted to serve you in this manner.

The Retreat will have wireless
Internet available!
Owners will be contacted with a password to
access the service.
Renters will receive their password from their
rental agency.
All units are 2 or 3 bedrooms with fully equipped kitchens and provide
Ocean or coastal views.
The Retreat features sidewalks to the beach and to outdoor shower areas, neighborhood atmosphere, across neighborhood street from the ocean, swimming pool, picnic area with grills, coin operated washer/dryers, luggage carts, central air and heat, cablevision, dishwasher and microwaves.
